Omar Gallo - Executive Director
Omar is Echo's Executive Director and head coach of the Holy Cross College Men's Soccer team.
Omar has advanced coaching education, holding a UEFA A license in addition to United Soccer Premier and Level 3 Goalkeeping diplomas and a USSF D license. He has been honored as Indiana Soccer's 2016 DOC of the Year, 2020 Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Women's Coach of the Year, and 2022 Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Men's Coach of the Year.
Omar's leadership sets a high standard for quality, good culture, and a player development focus across the club.
Duma Magagula - Academy Director
As Echo's Academy Director, Duma oversees training and development of Echo's youngest players.
Duma is Indiana Soccer's 2018 Girls Travel Coach of the Year, a college coach, and a former semi-pro player. He holds a USSF C License and is pursuing a UEFA B license. Duma is the head coach of Holy Cross College's women's team.
Duma is a great teacher who gets the most out of his players.
Raymundo Gonzalez - High School Director
Raymundo brings a wealth of experience and a passion for developing young players to Echo Premier.
Prior to joining Echo Premier, Raymundo previously served as the High School Boys Director for our alliance partner Indy Premier for over six years. He now brings his expertise to our community as the Associate Head Men's Soccer Coach at Bethel University.
Raymundo's impressive background includes being a former women's soccer assistant at Eastern Illinois, an assistant coach at North Dallas High School, and a youth coach for F.C. Dallas. He also has a strong history with Bethel University, playing for the team from 2003-2007 and serving as an assistant coach from 2007-2010.
Raymundo is committed to helping Echo Premier's young athletes excel both on and off the field.
Mary Schalliol - TOPSoccer Director
An Indiana Soccer TOPSoccer Buddy of the Year, Mary established and leads Echo's award-winning TopSoccer program for children with disabilities. Echo's TOPS program was one of the first in the state of Indiana and is one of its largest. Mary holds a USSF E License and a TOPSoccer State Coaching Certificate.
