What is TOPSoccer?

Program Goals

TOPS is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any players, age 4 and up, who have a mental or physical disability.  Our goal is to enable young athletes with disabilities to become valued and successful members of the Michiana Echo, Indiana Soccer, and US Youth Soccer families.
