What is TOPSoccer?

The Outreach Program for Soccer is a community-based training and team placement program for athletes with disabilities, organized by youth soccer association volunteers.

Program Goals

TOPS is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any players, age 4 and up, who have an intellectual, developmental or physical disability.  Our goal is to enable young athletes with disabilities to become valued and successful members of the Michiana Echo, Indiana Soccer, and US Youth Soccer families.

Award Winning

Our program is one of the first of its kind and one of the largest in the state of Indiana, with over 50 athletes and over 100 volunteers.  Our TOPs program has won multiple Indiana Soccer awards.
